your body. I assist you in reaching and maintaining goals you set for yourself -- ensuring that every
session is challenging and motivating.
I have always been an avid athlete. As a teenager, I competed
in father-daughter road-races and studied dance. My love of dance led me to a career as a professional dancer,
performing all over the world and in many Broadway shows here in NYC -- most recently "Dirty
Rotten Scoundrels".
Fitness is something I am passionate about -- it's contagious!
My workouts are rigorous, energizing and fun!
